Abstract
We do installation art,
installation art; we must first have an idea. Installation
art, refers to artists in a particular spatial-temporal environment, have not
been in human daily life consumption or consumption of material cultural
entities, artistically effective selection, utilization, adaptation,
combination, to deduce new display of individual or groups of rich spiritual
and cultural meaning of artistic form. Briefly, installation art is "sites
+ materials + emotion" integrated exhibition art. We
do installation art related to the environment, so it is necessary to collect
information on environmental issues. Of
the environmental problems are due to human activities effects to the
surrounding environment resulting from environmental quality changes and the
production, life and such changes on human health impacts. Transformation of
human natural environment and in the process of creating a social environment,
natural environment with its inherent natural laws change. Restriction of the
social environment on the one hand the natural environment, with its inherent
regularity of movement. Human-environment interaction and ongoing role,
environmental issues.
Voice of the earth
1.0 Introduction
Our
installation art of this time is doing about voice of the earth.
Global
warming is a “natural phenomenon ". Burning of fossil minerals or arising
from deforestation and the burning of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse
gases, due to the greenhouse gases from the Sun radiation of visible light have
a high degree of permeability, and the Earth reflected long wave radiation is
highly absorbent, strongly absorbs radiation in the infrared, What used to say
the " greenhouse effect ", leading to global warming. The
consequences of global warming would global precipitation redistribution,
glacier and permafrost melting, and sea-level rise, caused serious harm to both
the natural ecosystem balance, more threat to the human food supply and
environment. Has been the spot for scientists concerned about global warming,
on October 14, 2012, United Kingdom Meteorological Office says global warming
has been stopped in 16, rose again hot. Global warming refers to the global
temperatures rise. Last more than 100 years, global temperatures have
experienced cold-warm-cold-warm two swings on the total look for rising trend.
After the 80’s, a
significant increase in global temperatures.

Candle Art1

0.48 ° c rises in global average temperature of more than 100 years ago. Lead
to the main cause of global warming is human in nearly a century, large-scale
use of fossil fuels (such as coal , and oil ), discharges large amounts of CO2
and other greenhouse gases. As these greenhouse gases come from solar radiation
of visible light (3.8--7.6nm, a shorter wavelength) has a high degree of
penetration, and the Earth reflected long wave radiation (infrared) with a
highly absorbent, is often called “the greenhouse effect ", leading to
global warming.
Why
is people burning fossil minerals to produce energy or arising from deforestation
and the burning of carbon dioxide into the Earth's atmosphere.
Intergovernmental Panel on climate change based on climate model projections,
by 2100, global temperatures are expected to rise about 1.4-5.8 degrees Celsius
(2.5-10.4 Fahrenheit). According to this projection, global temperatures will
occur in the last 10,000 years never had a great change, thus the global
environment have a potentially significant impact. (From

Candle Art21.1 Objective
First
of all, we are going to research about the environmental issue and installation
art.
Second,
identifying which environmental issue that is going to be choose. For our
group, we are not to choosing a specific environmental issue, we are doing an
installation that describes how important the earth is.
Third
, applying the message about the environment through an installation art.
1.2 Problem Statement
People
must protect the environment, because the environment is deteriorating, our
work is the ice is melting, this process will make people find the need to
protect the environment, do not let our planet in the future become an ocean.
1.3
Hypothesis
Initial
expectation
We
expect our installations will have a good effect. It would be very easy to see
the problem. Our theme is global warming, so we use old photographs to reflect
this theme, plain and simple. We believe that people will be very easy to
understand. However, the draft prepared a lot out, it is difficult to get
people at a glance Our installation art reflects what environmental issues.
So we also need to improve..

Icelandic Government
Panel on Climate Change recently released a report forecasting that the global
warming impact of all Icelandic glaciers melting is accelerating, it may be all
melted the next century.
Reported that on July 30 this year, the southwestern city of Thingvellir
Iceland temperatures up to
27 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature reached Iceland. Iceland over the next 10 years,
temperatures will continue to rise year by year, which is to accelerate the
direct cause local melting of glaciers.
Researchers Paer Song: glaciers will melt into the sea, causing sea level rise
of about 7 meters or so, which would have catastrophic consequences for the
world
The Vatnajokull glacier in southeast Iceland
is Europe's largest glacier, with a total area
of 8000
square kilometers, the maximum thickness of 900 m. Currently, this glacier is growing at the speed
of one meter per year continued ablation, and this rate is also likely to
accelerate. Research estimates show that this glacier once all melted, enough
to cover the 50 Icelandic meter of water.
In addition to accelerated melting of glaciers, warming also caused Iceland
subtle changes occurred in biological populations. Reported that in the past
some of the seabed in southern Iceland
fish stocks have now migrated to the north sea. The report also expects the end
of this century, there will be 80 kinds of birds first arrived in Iceland no
longer biting cold, but not suitable for wheat and pumpkins before growing
plants in Iceland where you can also be planted.
In my opinion, we should
realize the disappeared islands ,biological and country,we should protect our
environment, do not let more things disappear from this earth. (From Wikipedia)

2.0 Literature review
Albert
Arnold "Al" Gore, Jr. (born March 31, 1948) is an American
politician, advocate and philanthropist, who served as the 45th Vice President
of the United States
(1993–2001), under President Bill Clinton. He was the Democratic Party's
nominee for President and lost the 2000 U.S. presidential election despite
winning the popular vote. Gore is currently an author and environmental
activist. He has founded a number of non-profit organizations, including the Alliance for Climate
Protection, and has received a Nobel Peace Prize for his work in climate change
activism.

Our
Choice is a 2009 book written by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore. Originally
titled The Path to Survival it follows An Inconvenient Truth: The Planetary
Emergency of Global Warming and What We Can Do About It, a companion book to
the film An Inconvenient Truth. All profits of the book (printed on 100%
recycled paper) go to the Alliance
for Climate Protection, which Gore founded in 2006. Newsweek
magazine published a feature on Gore and the new book on October 31, 2009,
calling it "authoritative, exhaustive, reasoned, erudite, and logical, a
textbooklike march through solar and wind power, geothermal energy, biofuels,
carbon sequestration, nuclear energy, the potential of forests to soak up
carbon dioxide, energy efficiency, and the regulatory tangle that impedes the
development of a super-efficient, continent-wide system of transmission lines.
3.0 Installation progressWe discuss ideas and mentors. Instructors gave us a lot of opinions, and ultimately we integrated their ideas, decided this installation art ideas.

Results
We completed our installation art, the overall results were pretty good. I
believe people see this work. Will be infected, you want to cherish and protect
our planet. In today's global warming is getting worse, do an installation art
to illustrate the importance of global warming harm, and I feel great!

Conclusions
Instructors agreed we have made this installation art. This works on the
subject of global warming, different skin, reflecting the different ethnic
origin. Today, global warming, ozone layer thinner, very scary solar radiation
hazards, exposure to people every day, is the sun's harmful substance abuse.
Cause a variety of skin diseases, people see at first glance would certainly feel
very sick, coupled with our explanation, I believe everyone will be touched to
know the seriousness of global warming, and thus to protect the environment.
